RETURN , REFUND & CANCELLATION

We have a 2-days return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange/refund. 

To be eligible for a exchange/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note that your exchange/refund will be initiated only after a thorough quality check of the returned products. If the products are not in appropriate condition, the company reserves the right to withhold the refunds/replacement.

If a customer returns an incorrect product during the order pick-up, we shall not be held liable for any refund, replacement or re-shipment of the product.

If your exchange/refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges/Returns

We offer a 2-day exchange/return policy from the date of delivery, at no additional cost for pickup. Exchanges can be processed in the case of size/ colour issues. Please notify us within this period if you wish to exchange/return your product. We will arrange for the reverse pickup, which typically takes about 5-7 days to complete. Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality check and then dispatch the new product to you.

If there is a price difference between the original and the new exchanged product, you will be required to pay the difference. Please note that we can process only one exchange per order hence, we request you to please check and read the details of the products properly before ordering.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be made by bank transfer within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@dhukeriarts.com.

For orders paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer once payment confirmation has been received

Cancellation

Can I Cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your item(s) until we start processing your order.

Can I Cancel my cancellation Request?

Once an order is cancelled , we cannot undo this. you will need to replace the order by placing a new order.

Are there any cancellation charges?

We do not charge any cancellation fee for prepaid orders.

What if the customer rejects the product at the time of Delivery?

Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund. The amount is deducted as we have to bear the cost of shipping and return shipping.
